Artisan Rooftech offers an Annual Maintenance Contract which provides Home-owners with peace of mind in the knowledge that their roofs and guttering are being inspected, being looked after and maintained regularly. The Annual Maintenance Contract consists of the following:

• An annual inspection of your roof encompassing all of your roof elements with feedback to its overall condition
• Cleaning out of all guttering
• Identifying if the rainwater downpipes are running freely
• Carrying out of minor slate/tile repairs
